Welcome!

Have you ever walked into a room and instantly forgotten why you went there?

Or stared at your computer unable to focus, even though you have a million things to do?

Maybe lately you feel exhausted no matter how much you sleep.
Small tasks feel overwhelming.
Your routines only last a few days before everything falls apart again.

You keep telling yourself you need to be more disciplined, more motivated, more consistent. But deep down, you’re starting to wonder:

“Why does everything feel so hard for me lately?”

The truth is, burnout is not just about being “tired”.

When your nervous system stays under stress for too long, your body starts adapting for survival instead of recovery.

That can look like:

  • brain fog

  • exhaustion

  • constant cravings

  • emotional eating

  • poor sleep

  • feeling “lazy” or unmotivated

  • struggling to stay consistent even when you genuinely want to

Your body and brain are overwhelmed.

That’s why in my trauma-informed coaching, we go deeper than surface-level habits.

Together, we work on helping your body stop operating in constant survival mode, where every day feels like something you have to push through.

Instead of spending all your energy simply trying to cope, your body can finally begin to recover.

Using nutrition and stress management tools, we help you feel deeply rested again; mentally, emotionally, and physically, without needing to constantly “catch up” on sleep.
Because you do not need more discipline or pressure.
You need a different approach.

I became interested in burnout recovery because I experienced firsthand what it feels like when knowledge alone is not enough.

In 2023, I was diagnosed with burnout and Complex PTSD while already working as a certified nutrition professional.

At the time, I already understood nutrition deeply.
I knew the research.
I knew the protocols.
I knew what I was “supposed” to do.

And yet, my body still felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in cycles I could not think my way out of.

That experience changed the way I viewed health completely.

I realized that many high-functioning women are not struggling because they lack discipline or information.
They are struggling because chronic stress causes changes in:

  • energy

  • cravings

  • digestion

  • sleep

  • focus

  • emotional regulation

  • and the ability to stay consistent with healthy habits

That realization became the foundation of my work.

Today, I combine clinical nutrition with nervous system and stress regulation to help women recover from burnout in a way that actually feels sustainable.
That is why the women I work with often tell me:
“This feels different from anything I’ve tried before.”

My approach is designed for women who are still showing up for everyone else while quietly running on empty underneath it all.

Do you ever wonder why every healthy habit feels so much harder to maintain long-term?

Most burnout advice focuses on what you should remove, optimize, or do better.

Sleep more.
Eat cleaner.
Drink less caffeine.
Work out.
Be more disciplined.
Try harder to stay consistent.

And while those things can help, they often stop working when your body has been under stress for too long.

Because at that point, the problem is no longer just your habits. Your body starts operating differently.

Sleep stops feeling restorative.
Digestion becomes unpredictable.
Cravings get stronger.
Focus gets worse.
You feel tired no matter how much you rest.
And even simple healthy habits start feeling impossible to maintain consistently.

So you blame yourself, try to push harder.
Only to crash again a few days later.

That’s the cycle I help my clients break.

I’m Mana, a certified nutritionist with a BSc and MSc in nutrition, specializing in burnout, chronic stress, and nervous system recovery.

My work combines two things that are often treated separately:
clinical nutrition and nervous system regulation.

Because what you eat affects how your nervous system functions.
And chronic stress affects everything from your appetite and digestion to your energy, sleep, cravings, and ability to recover.

My Approach:

We start by understanding how your body is currently responding to stress.

Not just your habits.
Your physiology.

  • Cortisol patterns → why you feel “wired but exhausted”

  • Blood sugar regulation → energy crashes, cravings, irritability

  • Nervous system responses → overwhelm, shutdown, difficulty recovering

  • Energy fluctuations

  • Sleep quality → why rest no longer feels restorative

  • Digestion → how chronic stress affects absorption, appetite, and inflammation

  • Lifestyle patterns → the invisible stressors keeping your body stuck that you may not even notice

Then we build a plan that works with your body instead of fighting against it.

No extreme routines.
No all-or-nothing pressure.
No pretending you can heal while constantly running on empty.

The goal is not just to “function.”
It’s to feel clear, energized, emotionally stable, and rested again. To feel joy.

This is personalized.
Because burnout doesn’t look the same for everyone and your plan shouldn’t either.

This is YOUR Journey, on YOUR terms.

Real change.
Not another restart.

My Program is for you if you:

  • You feel exhausted even after a full night of sleep

  • You hit an afternoon wall no matter what you do

  • You experience brain fog, forgetfulness, or trouble concentrating throughout the day

  • You walk into rooms and forget why you went there

  • You experience frequent cravings, especially for sugar or salt that feel out of your control

  • You feel overwhelmed and mentally drained more often than not

  • You feel “on edge” or emotionally reactive and cannot fully explain why

  • You use food to cope with stress, emotions, or exhaustion, and you know it

  • You start routines strong but cannot seem to maintain them when life gets stressful

  • You struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake up feeling rested

  • You notice physical signs of stress: tension, headaches, digestive issues, low energy throughout the day

  • You are tired of constantly pushing through fatigue instead of actually recovering

  • You are ready to stop fighting your body and finally start supporting it properly

After working together, here’s what to expect:

  • You wake up and the exhaustion has actually lifted. sleep finally feels restorative again.

  • The afternoon crash starts flattening out, not because you are forcing yourself through it, but because your body is no longer running purely on stress hormones.

  • Cravings quiet down, not through restriction, but because your nervous system is no longer stuck in constant overdrive.

  • You feel calmer in situations that used to completely overwhelm you. Not numb, just less reactive.

  • Food stops feeling like the only thing that helps you cope when everything becomes too much.

  • Your focus, memory, and mental clarity begin to return.

  • Movement starts feeling energizing instead of exhausting

  • As your body becomes more regulated, weight loss may begin to happen more naturally, without dieting or food obsessions

  • You stop constantly starting over with routines because your body finally has the capacity to sustain them.

  • Your body starts feeling like something you can trust again instead of something you are constantly fighting against.
